I was very happy with my experience at Grismer. They were able to fit me in next day for an alignment. The staff were very friendly and the service was much quicker than I anticipated. Sam at the front desk was so nice to talk to while I waited. From his conversation with another customer while I was waiting, it seems like they are really in the business of helping and not taking advantage of their customers. Would definitely recommend this location!
View on GoogleI was able to get right in. The person that checked me in was very friendly and professional. He did a great job of explaining the service to be rendered. I waited for my vehicle. The attendant went out of his way to make me comfortable. I didn't do a price comparison with other repair places, so I don't know if the Grismer service was over priced.
View on GoogleI had a bump on the sidewall of my tire. After going to a different discount tire store where the wait was over an hour just to get started, I got frustrated and left. I came to Grismer, they gave me a very affordable quote for a new tire then got me in immediately. It took about 20 minutes (if that), I paid and was done. The associates are friendly and excellent to work with. I will recommend Grismer to others in the future.
View on GoogleMy husband and I have both taken our cars to Grismer Tire and Auto Service Center on several occasions. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. We have been pleased with the work they have done and feel like their repair costs are usually lower than other auto repair shops we have tried. We will definitely go back to Grismer for future car repairs.
View on GoogleThe guy who helped me check in/out was super nice while I was waiting. There is another guy that’s been there for a bit, I’m not sure if he’s also the guy who answers the phone or what but the last couple times I’ve called or come in, I’ve been met with a lot of rudeness or just no acknowledgment at all. I’m not sure what the problem is because he wasn’t like that the first two times I was there, but it’s starting to be uncomfortable to interact with and it makes me not want to come back. Like if you didn’t give me the oil change card that’s on you and you definitely didn't. Thankfully the other guy who’s also a chef saved the day.
