Although our vehicle wasn't able to be repaired due to the amount of damage the folks at Excite were so awesome. From the minute I requested tow service after my car accident I received the best service. Dustin, Hannah, Harry, and Kevin were so helpful. They made the whole process easy and kept me informed every step of the way. As far as customer service, this is the place you would want to use. I, unfortunately can't comment on the repair aspect but if it's anything like the service I received you're in good hands. Thank you Excite!
