The driver was very fast, an efficient! We didn’t have to wait hardly no time at all! He got there an had us loaded an on our way quick! I would absolutely recommend if you ever do have to be towed to please give them a call!

View on GoogleI was just headed down 79 in Hebron approaching 70 when their flat bed truck flew up in the left lane, merged into my lane to make a rapid turn to the 70W ramp in front of me. I had to slam my brakes and honk at him. Gravel was flying up onto my car bc he got into the ramp so quickly that he couldn’t even remain fully on pavement. As someone who responds to accidents for recovery, I would assume you would be more cautious rather than almost cause another vehicle to wreck. While I’ve never heard of your company until now, I do know that you took the standard route to Etna which is literally in the name of your company, so it’s safe to assume you knew you needed to take that turn and could have slowed down and prepared for it rather than driving so irresponsibly. Do better! I’m sure at 6 pm, you were ready to get home to eat dinner, but I don’t feel anyone’s lives should be risked for you doing so. Also I waited until arriving at my location to send this review so I didn’t almost run anyone off the road or into the back of my vehicle.
View on GoogleAfter getting the run around from AAA for a couple of hours (they lost my first towing request and then kept changing the ETA once I verified they received my request), I called Etna Towing. My call was answered quickly and they were there in about 45 minutes. I wish I had called them sooner, and will definitely use them again if I need towed.
