Absolutely outstanding service! Best auto care in central Ohio. The guys who work there are all courteous and top notch pros. We've been taking our cars and trucks there for years. Once in a while a job doesn't go as planned, and if that happens, they fix your car properly and make it right with the customer every time. We always take our vehicles to Chet's with complete confidence.

View on GoogleI decided it was finally time to get away from going to the dealership for scheduled maintenance, so I tried Chet’s instead. I am so happy I did! Only needed an oil change, tire rotation, and brake flush/fill, and Hinderer Honda had quoted me around $330 I believe for the service (with around a 2-hour wait time quoted). Steve and his team got me right in, and my car was finished in less than an HOUR! Total cost out the door was $249, a substantial savings! An unexpected bonus was that I had mentioned the rubber seal around the driver’s door was hanging loose on top ever since my husband’s trip to Missouri, and I asked about reattaching it. He said I actually would need to buy some actual “clip” that had fallen off (clip is available at the dealership) in order to permanently fix it, but he somehow got it to stay put temporarily. I have no idea how he made it stay, as neither my husband nor myself could get it to stay around the top of the door frame, but it’s so nice to be able to shut the door normally again, without having to hold that rubber seal in place! This was a GREAT experience start to finish, and I’ll continue to bring the car to Chet’s from now on! Thank you!!!

They treat you with real respect and take the time to clearly explain exactly what’s going on with your car before doing any work. I originally took my vehicle somewhere else and the quote was nearly double what I was charged here. Honest pricing, great communication, and quality work — there’s definitely something to be said about good hometown auto repair service. I highly recommend them!
