First impression with staff was actually great. Brought my car in to be checked out due to front end damage from deer collision. Body shop advised to have mechanic look at car to see if it would even be worth putting further money into, as there was smoke coming from hood at one point. I ended up dropping my car off right before close to have it checked out. I get a call the next day saying that even tho they told me not to bring car in, i guess u did anyway. The lady on the phone got frustrated when i started asking questions for further explanation and handed the phone to someone else who basically said we can’t do anything. I asked if they could replace the radiator bc ik that was one of the things damaged. He said he could but it wouldn’t fit. Thats all i needed to know. I understand they aren’t able to fix body damage. They didn’t lift the hood and said it was too damaged. I just ended up lifting and re-latching it myself to check fluids. I would have left with respect as i’m new to all of this as far as collisions go and am grateful they checked my car. What really set me off was that when i went to pick up my car, they had it backed right up into a concrete block. On top of that there was cut grass all over my car. Just not a great first experience.

Did good work for me before when I took my car in for what I thought was an alternator issue, was actually the battery. However, took my 2017 Honda Civic Si in to get a misfire problem diagnosed. Dude who took a look at it told me I had blown a head gasket and that it was going to be $1500 to get the head sent out to be machined and replace the gasket and get stronger bolts. Took it to another shop across town for a second opinion, they replaced two ignition coils and now my car has been running smooth for months (passes all tests). Either lack of experience or outright scam artists in this shop.
