I had a great experience with Elite Auto Services when I found myself stuck in the middle of the highway during a snowstorm. The whole process quick and easy from start to finish. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, and made sure I was safe during the tow. I would highly recommend to anyone else who is in need!!

John came out to check out our truck that wouldn’t start. He arrived within 15 minutes of me reaching out to AAA. He was very kind and changed out our battery quickly. Thank you so much for your help!

My experience started at the estimator dept with Patrick and Trinity- BOTH very sweet and customer oriented. They took what was a run-around from my insurance (Allstate) and a huge hassle (even though it was relatively minor damage and was going to be paid for by the other insureds company) and helped immensely. THIS IS HOW you do CUST SVC. I can’t begin to say how terrible the service was with Allstate contrasted with how truly great it was at ELITE. He did the estimation interview with my company that kept telling me pictures were OK and then they were not after waiting two days repeatedly each time and he took care of it for me. Then they were very good at keeping me informed on what was going on with my car and even giving me a heads up on what would be the better location for rental and for them to pick me up at the shop. I then received daily updates on what was going on with my car and when I could pick it up. I really appreciated the awesome communication (my bachelors is in coms) The car was finished on time, was cleaned up and started to warm up for me!! I appreciate you both and the shop as well as best I can tell in this overcast sky the color appears as it should be. Thanks to all who made my auto body experience better than it started w/Allstate. I would def recommend. 10/10.

February of 2025 my ball joint broke and left me stranded. I called triple A and they sent out elite. The first drive brought the wrong block and ended up causing more damage to my car. They sent out a second truck, he took a report and they took my car and fixed it for free, Set up a rental for me after 4 days and I was super greatful. I got my car back and 2 months later the ball joint they fixed snapped again! The part didnt look new at all. I was stranded again and couldnt get ahold of them, another company towed it to my house and I got ahold of Elite a day later. They sent out a driver to get the car so they could fix it as it was under warranty. The driver that showed up hit someones mirror and left it, they dented my front bumper and had no clue what he was doing. They set me up with a rental once again. I was thankful for that but upset about the part being bad. Fast forward to November 2025 the ball joint broke again!! This time I had someone else fix it! I called elite and talked to the supervisor, luther, who informed me that they would only credit the part that broke if I returned it. I asked for his supervisors information and its been 2 days with no response! I found the owners email, also got no response. Im out over $500 and was put in danger twice by the same company. I wouldn't ever allow them to work on my car again!
