Brought into Marysville for an oil change, and they charged me $375.00. Said they did a tune up also. When I asked if it was needed, he said not really at 43 hours. Then why would they do it?! He said he shares pricing with everyone on the tune up. I can assure you he said nothing about a tune or this type of pricing. He also said he didn’t write up the original work order, but after I told him he did, he looked at paperwork and confirmed he did. He doesn’t remember writing it up, but remembers telling me the tune up price 🤔. Regardless he clearly said it wasn’t needed and still charged the amount. Very dishonest. Be careful here.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for service on my mower. Service and price were great. They kept me informed on what the problem was and cost of repair. Turn around was fast and I didn't miss a week of mowing. Great job Voss!

I have been very impressed with this small shop. I was shopping for a new zero-turn and had stopped into multiples dealers and businesses. I had felt brushed off or just had a lack of corporation from a few of the dealers and just felt Voss Brothers seemed to be the better to go with. Through the whole process they made sure I had the needed information and was able to deliver the same day once I made the purchase. I have since been in again to get other items and they continue to be very helpful with each interaction I have with them. Will continue to do business with them.
