View on GoogleThis was the worst experience tech doesn’t speak English we brought a 2020 Chevy equinox in for a plug during the work they ripped off the sensor we didn’t know about it. We brought it immediately back to tell them that they didn’t reprogram the sensor. He brought out a snap on scanner after watching YouTube, he didn’t even have the equipment to reprogram the sensor. Also, he knew he had tore the sensor off and couldn’t reprogram ended up having to take the car to Chevy to get them to put it back to correct standing it cost me $400 the plug was 20 and it cost me 400. These people are crooks they wouldn’t honor even with Chevy‘s evidence of them tearing off the sensor would not give me the money back if you want your car destroyed or you wanna spend extra money for no reason bring it to this place they have no clue of what they’re doing. They have people that don’t even speak English working here. this place needs shut down their crooks before that I dealt with Sam and he sold me tires and brakes and didn’t do the brakes and sold me a crappy pair of tires They’re not even namebrand I’ve never even heard of these tires when I looked them up they had a one star i’m not one to give bad reviews, but these people deserve a zero Everything about this place is shady. I don’t recommend again. I do not recommend they will steal your money and ruin your property.
View on GoogleCalled and asked if they had time (end of the day) to change out my zero turn tire before closing. I brought the new tire and they had it replaced in about 10 minutes for a reasonable price including disposal of the old tire. Definitely saved me the time and effort of doing it myself. Appreciate this place!
View on GoogleI had a slow leak in one of my tires that needed air every other day. They took the tire off, repaired it, and remounted it in less than 10 minutes… at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleToday I found that after my 50 mile drive to watch my grandson in Marysville, OH that the pressure in one of my tires was about half the pressure as the other 3. After a quick Google search I found 5 Star Tires! Carlos was very kind and graciously took care of my tire. My grandson was pleased that our trip to the park did not have to be canceled and I was happy that it was fixed quickly and affordably. I highly recommend 5 Star Tire & Wheels!
