My experience was very disappointing. 1st I have been getting my auto windows tented since I was 16. (Mid 50s now). Basically every 3-4 years depending on if I lease or buy. This year alone I had 2 tinted. Honda crv.April I had the red crv tinted by buckeye. In August my wife’s grey crv. The picture shows it very small. However it is suppose to be a life time warranty. They said it’s not covered as a ring hit it. I told them I ware a rubber ring because of my job. Then he said the seat belt hit it. It’s way too far for the seat belt to hit it. In all my years I have only had a few times of having to take a window tint back and have it re done/fixed. It honestly doesn’t happen that offten. He said they would fix it but it would cost me $60. It’s not even the price it’s the principle. My wife is in the financial industry, to which she gives referrals to different companies, one was buckeye window tinting. So do not do business with them , they will not stand by their work.plus it seems they always have someone different in the office working to.

My wife and I have used this high-quality window tint installer on multiple vehicles over the last 10 to 12 years. Just today I dropped off our 2021E class Mercedes-Benz for what appeared to be pinholes in the passenger side rear window. The friendly staff greeted me upon the planned appointment time and immediately took the vehicle back remove/replace/inspect the window and discovered that the defect shown in my window film was actually defects in the window glass from Mercedes-Benz. I offered to pay for materials as this was a defect in my window, not caused by Buckeye sun controls film installation whatsoever. These are defect in the glass from the manufacturer. They replaced my window film today free of charge which I think is absolutely extraordinary. It is instances and occurrences like this why I will continue to use this high-quality vendor for any and all of our vehicles going forward. Thank you so much for five star top level service this morning.

View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience. The technician did not listen to what I specifically requested, nor did he follow the service that was originally quoted to me. When I tried to address the issue, he continued to provide incorrect information and showed no concern for resolving the problem or acknowledging the mistake. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right. Overall, the customer service and communication were extremely poor.
