I purchased my tires 35 inch. On 4/11. I was told by the service advisor they would be in for install from the colerain warehouse in 48 hours. The following Friday I had still not received a call. I reached out to service manager Jason on Friday 4/17. He stated he was in the middle of a quote and would reach out to me prior to end of business. I received no call. The following Friday 4/24 I still had no communication from the store. I reached back out on Friday 4/24. Jason stated he just put his eyes on my tires and he could get me in Saturday 4/25 at 10am. I was going to wait until they finished my Install. They stated they were slammed and I could come back. I received a call at 3pm. I was informed that one of my lugs came off rough and they are afraid to put it back on. But they will cover the cost. But stated they didn’t cause the issue. I proceeded to drive to the store to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived they had no clue about the $450.00 I put down until I showed them receipt. Then after paying the balance of the $2,100.00 I went to my truck and realized they did not place my spline key back in my vehicle. Then had to return into the store so they could find it. I purchased tires at this location 3 weeks ago for my wife’s vehicle. And now $2,100.00 for high end tires and alignment for my vehicle. And was informed by the people running the counter that they were brought into improve the service level. After spending $3,000.00 in a month at your establishment I would expect better service and communication. I will be posting on all my socials about this experience as well. When you pay a premium price you should receive premium service. Jason apologized for the lack of service, but I don’t feel that the level of customer service matches the price I paid for tires and service. Do better!

I give a two star, simple for being able to make an appointment on line. I give 0 stars based on service. They are the slowest service in the industry, 6 hrs for an oil change, and tire rotation. I’m a repeat costumer, many tire new tires, and oil changes over the years, and this location by far is the worst! I will not be back, and that goes to all locations. I will not get this company one more penny ! They have lost a loyal customer, not that they care!

I have been a long time tire discount customer. After today’s experience I will probably be switching to another company for future tire. 24 Hr to get 4 tire is really crazy. I dropped my wife car of @ 3:30 the day before my appointment. My appointment was at 8:30 am next day and didn’t get my car done until 5pm. I had to call at least three time and kept getting we are really busy and finally at 2 the hadn’t on the rack for work to begin. This experience was horrible and if they are doing bookings online and in store they need to put a cap on appointments. I would not recommend this place in the future!

While I am grateful for the same day patch plug repair that this store provided. The condition they left my vehicle in and the time it took to perform the repair is not acceptable. My drivers seat, steering wheel, door panel and center console were returned to me with oil / road grime stains. I was advised the repair would only take a few minutes, which turned into almost two hours. In the future it would be wise to have your shop employees wear rubber gloves while performing vehicle service and to utilize seat protectors and steering wheel protectors to cut down on the above issues. Having a store manager review the condition of the customer vehicle before releasing it would also be advisable.

Beware of price scam: Sale price is $84.99 for full synthetic oil change. In the end they added over $27 in fees to that. The last 3 times now the pricing has been different. I have paid exactly the quote with taxes only added. Today they added labor on top of the oil change cost! I wasn’t coming back after they didn’t do my tire rotation last time, though it was checked off. My family’s business will go to Jon at Meineke, straight forward pricing with trustworthy employees.
