While some may have complaints about the automatic wash, i have no reviews to give on it. I only use the manual wash. Most times it has been pretty good. Quality products, no raw sewage smell i have experienced at other car washes. 2-3 times recently had issues with just some maintenance issues with the sprayer and brush not working or hoses disconnected at the ceiling. To be expected, lots of use normally requires repairs. I can tell the owners try their best and i dont ask for the impossible. Things happen. Its what you do in response that matters.

Tri-foam and sealant product only applied to half of the vehicle. Be careful if you order the $17 package on the left bay. Bottom on both sides of vehicle not cleaned.

The wash does a really good job and if you have a problem they'll make it right so I've always had a good experience. For a touch-free wash it really gets the car very clean. A+

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash in Marysville. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to find out at the payment station that the card reader was not working. I was already in a time-sensitive situation and had somewhere to be, so this made the situation even more frustrating The payment system appears to be very outdated, with an old LED scrolling display that takes a long time just to communicate basic information. On top of that, when the card reader failed, there was no clear instruction or backup option, which caused further delays and held up the entire line For a business that relies on efficiency and quick turnaround, having a non-functioning card reader and outdated equipment creates a poor customer experience. This was my first time here, and unfortunately it left a very negative impression I strongly recommend that management address the payment system issues and modernize the equipment. Customers should not have to wait that long only to be turned away because the machine does not work. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made
