I cannot say enough good things about Performance Luxury Sport. My husband & I were talking about buying a 3rd row vehicle and I saw a Cadillac Escalade Sport online that caught my eye so I went in to check it out in person. I was immediately greeted by Bret and we had a great conversation. When my husband & I went back at a later date to test drive the vehicle, he and Cory made sure our experience was great and not rushed at all. They answered all of our questions & were very honest. Total professionalism, kindness and great follow up. Bret & Cory went above and beyond to take care of some additional servicing before we purchased, and to ensure our vehicle was in top condition. Kumar then helped us and made the purchasing quick and easy. This place gets the gems in… every vehicle we saw was in excellent condition and had all the bells & whistles. 100000% recommend!

Got to give a shout out to Treg (salesman) and Kumar (finance). Was in and out in less than 3 hours, really more like 2 hrs. Got stuck behind a bad accident on BMW X5 x40i test drive. Very happy with Tregs communication, as I inquired about vehicle online and ended up driving 3 hours to see vehicle. Treg had already sent me many videos and photos to make me at ease about driving that far to see it. Ended up making purchase for my wife. Beast of a car. Love it.

I don’t usually write a review unless someone has really gone out of their way to make the experience great or if someone just literally doesn’t care about providing any good service at all. I reached out to Cory about a car they had on their website, he took hours to respond each time. Finally when we did connect on the phone he got me qualified and apologized for being so hard to get ahold of. He asked if I wanted to see the car next and I said yes I would love to. He said how about tonight I told him I couldn’t but would be able to the following day. He said that’s great call me in the morning. I reached out to him at 7am on his cell phone about catching up, no response. A couple hours later I texted his other phone number and sent him an email. Another two hours later nothing. I checked their website and the car was gone. He didn’t reach out to me at all knowing we spoke about the car and got qualified. At least respond and say I don’t ended up finding another buyer. The good thing is, I found the same model he had but newer with a rate way better. I would never recommend this dealership. When I work with Mercedes it’s night and day difference in service. This place felt like a slimy car salesman experience.

Cory at Performance Luxury Cars went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me. Being an out-of-state buyer, he made the process very easy taking care of paperwork, and even the shipment of the vehicle in an enclosed trailer! All while being very professional and pleasant when answering all of my questions and inquiries along the way. I could not recommend this dealership more to anymore in the market whether, in Ohio or out of state!
