“Ouch! That’s embarrassing.” That’s what my wife said when she saw the work performed by the Mary Moo. John Roush has turned this family company into a profit over people, quantity over quality business. The higher power sprayer did not move spraying one side only, one set of brushes were inoperative, and my spot free rinse came with extra spots, the rear of the vehicle was absolutely disgusting with spots and soap. Asking for a refund will not teach them to do better, I would like a professional exterior detail paid for by the company, and I would like a response to this review that is not static and generic but a response to how the company will be doing better and ensuring people over profit and quality over quantity. The Mercedes Benz dealership I normally get my free wash is superior in every way and it shouldn’t be like that. If you read this review and see these photos and still wash your car there, you’re allowing yourself to be a sucker, don’t be a sucker.

My wife and I have the unlimited membership. Pays for itself in 2 washes. Always feels good to wash all the salt and dirt and grime from driving. I say YES to a clean car. This location is always busy but you get through the wash pretty quickly.

View on GoogleMoo Moo 🐄 gets the job done. The kids working at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. If you wash your vehicle once a week or more, I'd recommend getting a membership. Also, if they don't get it cleaned the first try, they will usually let you run through again for free!
