I had an exceptional experience at Honda Marysville thanks to Luke Danner and Trevor, who both went above and beyond for me. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. After spending over $5,100 on major repairs, I had to return shortly after for an additional issue. Luke handled everything with professionalism and empathy, and his decision to offer a 15% goodwill discount truly made a difference. It showed integrity and real commitment to customer satisfaction. A huge thank‑you as well to Trevor, the Maintenance Technician who worked on my 2013 ILX. His workmanship is outstanding — my car is running smoothly and confidently, genuinely like it’s brand new again. The improvement is remarkable, and it’s clear he takes pride in doing things right. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend both Luke and Trevor. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience and earned my trust moving forward.

Absolutely amazing. I almost always have something negative to say about anything associated with Honda but today I do not. They were exceptional with service and Willis was super helpful when it came to my tire and even made sure to fit my oil change in also. Will definitely come here again

Great service from start to finish. From the jump, booking online is incredibly easy and convenient. I dropped my car off and the tech that met with me was helpful even when I didn't really know the answers to his questions (thanks Brian!). My service was done quickly and I really love that they take a video running through all of the suggested service and that I have the time to review and decide what i do and don't want to have done that day (thanks Derrick!) I think pricing was reasonable and everyone that I interacted with was kind and helpful. I will add when I picked my car up, I noticed the facilities that you can wait in look amazing- I wouldn't mind waiting for my service there in the future! It is impossible to go wrong with any of the fine people in the Honda Marysville Service Center. But Adam is my go to. If he’s in - that’s whose station I’m walking up to after I pull in. Adam, keep up the great work, friendly customer service, and thanks for years of the same consistently delivered.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at Honda Marysville. I brought my vehicle in for service that included transmission-related work, trusting that a Honda dealership would properly inspect and identify any developing mechanical issues. Just two days after that service visit, my transmission completely failed, leaving me with an $8,000 repair bill out of pocket. It is incredibly concerning that transmission service was performed and yet no serious warnings, risks, or potential failure indicators were communicated to me. A catastrophic failure occurring almost immediately after dealership service raises legitimate questions about the thoroughness of the inspection, diagnostic process, and overall quality control. I have been a loyal Honda owner because of the brand’s reputation for reliability and professionalism. Situations like this seriously damage customer trust. When customers bring their vehicles to a certified dealership, they expect transparency, competent diagnostics, and proactive communication — especially when major components like a transmission are involved. At this point, I believe this situation deserves a formal review by dealership management and potentially Honda corporate. I would strongly encourage Honda Marysville to investigate what happened here and work toward an appropriate resolution. I also contacted them to get more clarification and rectify the situation, but they failed to acknowledge and simply ended the conversation in a “sorry”
