Recently moved to Marysville, which is exactly when my 2009 Honda Civic decided to cause a headache. The fellas at Griffin Automotive handled my car with absolute care, and took the necessary steps to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had to revisit after about a week for another transmission light that went off; and not only did they fix the problem quickly, they did me a solid and took my vehicle on a long distance trip to test the fix, truly to give me some peace of mind. These guys went above and beyond any shop I have ever visited and I sincerely couldn’t recommend them enough. When I relocate back to Columbus proper, I assure you I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this shop. 10/10, couldn’t recommend them enough. The entire team is just a bunch of super kind fellas.

Was given a price to do work..paid it..owner didn't finish, took money and walked away from project. I got stuck paying someone else to finish what he got paid to do in full(what he quoted)..1st rate mechanic..not..owner never there..owner never returns phone calls..oil changes ok..any mechanical work, look elsewhere

I wanted to give a small business a chance and after hearing the price, I agreed. The 2 star is deserved for the price and "help". I got my exhaust worked on by getting a new muffler installed at first. I began hearing more leaks afterwards. I figured it was just previous work done on the car that came loose so I asked them to take a look. We were afraid it was the manifolds, so I was supposed to drop it off in the morning to get it looked at. Next morning comes around, 9am and no one there. I try calling, and no one answers. The voice-mail is always full. I wait a little bit and no one shows up, so I leave and come back later that day. Dropped it off and good news, the manifold were fine but needed tightened. Paid for a weld we agreed to on one of the cats. Once driving away, the exhaust leak was still there. So, I took it somewhere else for tires that put it up on a lift for me and I got to see it. My car constantly smells like exhaust because the pipe going in to the new muffler was not welded on at the top. The lower part was, but the top was just a open airway. So, I took it back and they said they would work on it again. I told the person (was not josh) at the front counter the problem and shown him pictures. A day later, I left and my car finally sounded great! Until a few days later when the leak returned. I took it back in to the shop who helped me before, and found out it was filled with weld putty at the top instead of a weld (what I paid for when putting it on). So, after 4 visits I went back today and requested a refund just for the work done on the muffler. The owner was adamant on not giving me money back but eventually got the money back for the labor, not the part.. Since I kept the muffler, I only asked for the labor refund back as the labor was not completed. These guys seem really nice and I hated having to request a refund and I hate leaving this review as they seem like good guys. Exhaust work may not be the best option here but I hear good things about other services with them. Give them a chance about anything, but exhaust.

Had an appointment for 8am. Sent a crew leader and our dump truck. No one at the garage. Called several times. No return call. Texted. No return text. Clearly they have other priorities. Lost out on our 5 fleet vehicle business.
