No stars if possible. Called about needed help with a vehicle key at 6am. Said he could do it but needed to wait for GM to open at 9am. 9am comes and goes with no message, no call. Try to text him and no answer. 10 am now 4 hours later and still nothing. Finally called a different company to come out. Sent him a message letting him know issue is taken care of. IMMEDIATELY he texts back "okay thank you" but nothing when help was needed. Don't use this service.

We had a lock out in Marion, Ohio. Our dead bolt needed repaired and we also needed the locks to be re-keyed to our current key. Randy came out and fixed us right up. Very friendly and efficient. We will use them for future service calls.

Called him to see if he could reprogram a key for my car. Said oh yeah sure I can do it. Came to my house and guess what oh I can’t do it because it’s a Volkswagen but he knew this when he said he could do it!!! Then he said he could put new tumblers in it because I couldn’t turn my key to start the car. He quoted us $175 to do it and said give him a few days. A few days turned into to weeks. Then he said it would be $200 because he spent a lot of time on it. He didn’t put anything new in it instead it looks like he beat it with a chisel and hammer. I have had issues with it since and I am now in my driveway with my car running because it won’t turn to shut off. Usually the only way it will start is if you mess with it for a while. I definitely didn’t have $200 to shell out but needed my car to make money. I’m literally in my car crying and can’t drive my car and paid $200.
