Was in need of a reliable used car at a good price. I found a 2012 VW Passat on their lot and took it for a test drive. It was missing the passenger side mirror cover. They promised me they would get it and replace it for me. I bought the car “as is” but even after I bought it, they found the mirror, called to tell me, and they are installing it for me. These guys are very friendly and obviously trustworthy. I would 100% recommend this place and I would have no problem buying from them again!

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BUY ANY FORD FOCUS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! My mother got me this car for collage, after maybe 3 weeks I notice it did some odd shifting while trying to drive. It would rev itself all the way up until it found a gear, it only did it sometime.(keep in mind this ford has 108,xxx miles) one day about 4 days later I got a “transmission overheating” warning on my dash, it made me pull over in the middle of Cleveland rush hour traffic for 5 minutes to cool down. At this point I knew my mother got scammed. This dealership claimed it to be a one owner from Florida and that day they JUST got it in, I’m a busy collage student with no time to spare to take it into a shop nor have the money to fix the issue. I’ve had it since then for two years now with the same issues, revving itself into gear, warnings about servicing transmission and overheating transmission. 5 months ago it finally decided to just absolutely stop driving and just rev, I had to limp it to a nearby ford dealership and pay $2,100 for a TCM and actuator. Very common on these year of ford, my mom didn’t know but coming from a dealership that has mechanics they definitely knew around 100,xxx miles those transmission need serviced. I’m making this review now 2 years later because looking through documents and find the fords title with the scammy dealerships name on it, I would like to warn others about there cars especially the Fords. Believe these negative reviews and stay away. With how they reply very unprofessionally really shows their true disgusting behavior.

Everyone on the lot was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the makes and models they have on the lot.
