Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, completed the work to a high standard, and even delivered my car back to me at the end of the service free of charge, which was incredibly convenient and appreciated. The people at Auto Emporium are 5 out of 5 stars. The quality of work completed was 5 out of 5 stars. The coordination with insurance, time to complete the work, and clear communication about time remaining was 2 or 3 stars out of 5, so have to give 4 of 5 stars overall. Our car was stuck in the back and forth between shop and our insurance for two months. If I had known we would be without our car for two months before I started, I might have gone somewhere else. So I'm torn - the people and quality in the end was great...so just be clear with your insurance and the shop beforehand.

I can’t recommend Auto Emporium enough to my friends and family! They are the most honest and caring people I have ever dealt with when it comes to my car. There is never any pushing towards expensive unneeded repairs unlike when you go to the dealer for a general oil change. They genuinely want you to feel comfortable with everything and understand! My boyfriend and I have taken our cars here for oil changes, inspections and repairs without a single bad experience. The entire family is wonderful & prices are competitive without breaking the bank!

Repeat customer here! They squeezed me in over the holiday season to get my engine up and running well again, and they even replaced my broken key shell! I enjoy the convenience of the digital estimates, inspection reports with photos, and the ability to accept or decline and pay online without a bunch of phone calls back and forth. They work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I also appreciate the reminder text with a link to easily schedule online the additional repair I had to delay previously. The lobby is clean and bright and the employees (and pups) are very sweet. I'll be back for sure!

I came in from out of state and had a few issues with my truck. This was the first place I came across and was glad that I did. Family owned company with well qualified technicians who stand behind their work. My truck was repaired in a timely manner and for a fair price. The girls up front were easy to deal with and they were always in contact throughout the repair and even calling to check in after. A++
