This place is awesome! They communicate the issues well. And the service they provide is second to none. They took my truck and the same day I got it back. They understood the importance of me having my truck for work. And they understood that assignment. I would highly recommend. Thank you again Boyds for your service.
View on GoogleI purchased these rims and tires and I called them to see how much they charge to install them on my truck and the price was outstanding everywhere else. They want it over $170 to install them. I was so pleased that I gave each one of them a tip thank you. I will come again and bring more customers. This is what a shop should be like thank you so much.
View on GoogleI went to Boyd’s because one of my tires kept losing air, hoping it would be an easy fix. It turned out I needed to replace all four tires, but I’m honestly glad I ended up here. I’m new to the area and randomly chose Boyd’s when searching for a repair shop, and it was a great decision. The team helped me find a really good deal on all four tires, which I appreciated. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready by 5pm the same day. They also provide a shuttle service, which made the whole process even more convenient. Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend Boyd’s!
View on GoogleWoke up to a flat tire on a Saturday morning. Did a quick google search for tire businesses in the area and came across Boyd’s. 4.8 stars with many reviews. Called them and explained the situation. Ensured me they would do their best to patch or plug. When I got there they were very friendly. They went to my car and grabbed the tire for me. Told me to wait for a call and left. Called me a hour and a half later saying it was fixed and ready for pick up. The thing that really got me was the fact I forgot to ask if they were going to put on the fixed tire for me or ask if they were going to charge me for it. When I got there they welcomed me and asked for my keys to put the new tire on. Took 10 min and I was out of there. $26 was well worth it plus the customer service. Highly recommend and will be back.
View on GoogleService was two tire changes. I believe his name was Josh took care of it. He was honest that his staff count were low but that he’ll get the job done for me. I was going to sit in the shop get some work done while I wait. Josh informed that it’ll be some time before the car would get done. Because he couldn’t guarantee me a time he offered to order me a Lyft back home. That was cool of him to go the extra mile. This was my first time coming here. So good experience overall.
