I took my car to this dealership for a simple oil change and specifically told them one of my tires had low pressure and asked them to check it. They said they checked everything and said nothing was wrong. On my drive home from them, while I was on the highway, my tire pressure warning came on. I had to pull over immediately and found my front tire went completely flat with a huge nail in it. I am completely shocked that a dealership failed to catch something so obvious. This could have caused a serious accident and I was putting it very dangerous situation because of their negligence. When I called them back, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted checked everything and did not see a nail. I had one tire with low pressure and found a nail in the same tire. How was it not there? Completely unprofessional and incompetent service. I trusted them with my safety and they failed miserably. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Bonnie & Kevin in Service were very helpful. I had a private setting to work and they were all very helpful and communicated with me every step. I have to mention Chad in sales he has sold my family 5 cars and are always treated so well!
View on GoogleHorrid experience. Will never use again. Found Luke's Auto repair in Columbus Ohio. Buckeye Nissan provided a ridiculous repair process and would provide no repair warranty. Service Manager did not care and basically stated 'tough' - don't care, go away. Run from these guys and only use if you car under warranty. Once out of warranty, try Luke's Auto - nice people, good work and decent pricing with 5 year warranty parts and labor! Do not use Buckeye Nissan.

View on GoogleI had a few issues a few months back and was told I’d receive credits on my account for a few hundred dollars due to the inconveniences I experienced. However, during my most recent service visit, after verifying my Nissan Rewards account, I discovered that those credits were never issued. Instead, I was charged nearly $90 for the service. To be clear, this is not a reflection on Kevin — he’s outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond and provides excellent service every time. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the management. The overall experience at the dealership has noticeably changed. I drive two hours just to have my car serviced here because of the level of care Kevin provides, but it’s disappointing to see how different things feel now.
