Brought my 2018 Subaru WRX STI here for oil and brake fluid service. We just had the big snow storm and they were still open. Out the door price was cheaper than I expected. Will be coming back. Sorry about the snow all over the car, I was having some fun!
View on GoogleMy father, my son and daughter, and myself have gone to ZB for years. Dad stopped going after the new manager was hired and raised all the prices but we kept going. Took my 05 Corolla in because the engine light was on, also asked if they’d look at the AC. Picked up the car after paying just under 400.00. Car was fine for 24 hours. Engine light came back on and when I called to report this, I was made to feel like I was “bothering them” and I had to wait another couple weeks for the privilege of coming back. Had to arrange for transport back home and then went back the next day and was told “The car’s too corroded underneath for us to do anything.” Won’t be going back, neither will my kids. I’ve got my receipts and I’m sorry I took up their time for only 375.00.
View on GoogleI’ve used sigmaTec a handful of times, and I’ve had good enough experiences to send another handful of people their way. I originally had them recommended to me as Subaru experts, but they work on other makes, too. sigmaTec always prices extremely fairly. They are honest, even if it keeps them from making a buck. They talk about the issues directly, and I’ve never once seen them do that crappy thing where they won’t talk to a ‘girl’ because they “wouldn’t understand car stuff”. When I go with my partner, they are treated with the same respect I am. I love this shop, and I’ll gladly keep waiting for appointments and driving half an hour to get to them just to give them business.
