These guys are phenomenal. I initially went to them with a clutch repair based on reviews alone, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and every time I bring my vehicle, they treated it with the utmost attention and care. The work is always done correctly, timely and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out.

I could write a really detailed review of my experience, but I don't think anyone wants to read something that long. Let me just say, these guys go above and beyond to provide great service! Chris, the owner, is very knowledgeable, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. As far as I can tell, all the mechanics working there are good and really know their stuff. I guess I could provide a few details for those who are interested: I brought in my vehicle for a really bad wheel bearing that I had let go for probably way too long. It was worrying me, and I just got my tax refund, so I figured it was time to get it done. There ended up being complications, due to my vehicle being over 22 years old, and they had to keep it longer than expected. They also had to use a lot more labor time, take up one of their garage bays, use a couple of unexpected extra parts, etc. Not only did Chris not try to charge me more than the original estimate, he also volunteered to take my Lyft fees (I used them to get back and forth to work) off my bill! He wasn't required to do that, but he volunteered to do it anyway. That's real customer service/satisfaction! You can't go wrong with these guys. I'm recommending this shop to all my friends and family in the future. I already recommended them to one of my Lyft drivers for a brake job. If you live in the Hilliard area, or even if you don't, you should use this shop for all your auto care needs. We need to support them. Their prices are very reasonable and, above all, they're one of the few truly honest shops left out there. p.s. If you shop at the Hilliard Kroger (pretty close to them) you might be able to get a coupon on the back of your receipt for a discounted oil change or some money off a brake job.

I want to thank Chris the owner and his mechanics for their extreme honesty on what my car needed; even at the loss of income from me. It can be difficult to find a mechanic that is honest and that you can trust to not take advantage of you, especially for us females! Well, I want to say that I highly recommend. They have changed my oil before previously and this time they did that and looked into more things that I was having issues with. Look no further folks, when a company literally treats you with respect and honesty AND it makes them loose money, you know you have come to the right place. I thanked them for their honesty. The mechanic said he gets paid to be honest in the way in which he gets paid. Kudos to Chris and Team. Thank you for being really Good Humans and Mechanics that I can know and trust. I will definitely be referring people your way. Honesty....it matters and it will pay off!!!

We have taken three of our cars there and all three broke down shortly after. Had a new alternator and battery installed in our daughter’s car. Within a month the alternator quit. Ten months after new battery was installed it quit. My son just picked his car up two weeks ago after paying 4K for repairs. It’s now smoking and won’t start. My DIL took her car there and in less than a year the same thing. What they fixed was bad again.

I drove up from out of state for a visit and needed an oil change. They also rotated my tires. Unfortunately, one of the techs failed to put one of my back wheel on properly. Soon after leaving the shop, my truck made noises and even shook when I applied the brakes. When I turned around to head back to the shop, my vehicle could no longer move forward due to the aforementioned back wheel coming off . They paid for towing and made all the necessary repairs, at no cost to me, and gave me a deserved discount on the tires I had ordered. They did need to keep my truck for 3 days until all was taken care of. Thus, I was unable to do everything I had planned on my visit. It was an honest mistake but a costly one for the shop, and it robbed me of my precious time during my visit.
