I had a great experience here after getting my flat tire fixed. My flat tire was beyond repair, so they ordered me a new Michelin tire, which arrived very quickly, within 2 days (other repair shops said it could take up to 5 days). They took me in right away and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. Also, all the staff at the front desk were very friendly. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleFred was absolutely fantastic! He got our tires mounted and aligned quickly and professionally. Our truck isn’t the easiest to work on because of the lift and larger tire size, but Fred handled it like a pro without any issues. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and the truck drives perfectly now. We really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Fred if you need tires or an alignment done!
View on GoogleThe Mechanics doing the work. Not so great. Photo below is as shown. Your mechanics snapped 2 studs from over tightening the lug nuts with an impact and tried covering it up with 2 bolts because they couldn't put the regular lug nuts back on after snapping the studs. Obviously someone in the shop was trying to avoid getting into hot water. I Will be taking this up farther than a review. If you get your tires done here, make sure you double check there work. Matter of fact I wouldn't even recommend investing here. Shady work and dishonest to a customer willing to invest with NTB. Take a before and after picture of your vehicle before they even work on it. Completely ridiculous. This just screams disorganization within the shop itself. If you plan to invest into tires with this company, be aware! I will be taking my business to discount tire next time. Never had this issue with discount tire. 1st time I take my truck to NTB and they do this. This is specifically the location behind Lowe's on fishinger boulevard. Hilliard Ohio.
