Fair, helpful and kind. Came in to get 3 new tires but unfortunately they were not in stock. Karum got them ordered and me scheduled for the next available appointment while taking my work schedule into consideration, he also gave me the best price possible! Dan and Redd were knowledgeable and gave good advice about the types of tires I had presently. Redd explained which tires would best suit my vehicle and why. Relaxed and welcoming environment, I recommend coming here for all your tire needs!

Made an appointment for Saturday morning for a tire that was losing pressure. Was told that it would be a quick appointment. An hour and a half later, the issue was first diagnosed, and said it would be 15 more mins. An hour later, was told my tire was damaged by the shop and would need replaced. Overall spent 3 hours for a service that should have taken less than one with little apology, horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

If you need tires, this is the place to go! Ive been going for well over a decade and I drive 30 minutes past another NTB location to get there. I went through a really bad rough patch with tires and Dan couldn't have been more amazing! He was the sole reason I continued to go back each and every time. Unfortunately, Dan was sent to another store, but fortunately he did train some great guys while there so I continue to go. Brandon, Kurum, Nick, and Red do the best job and always handle the customer with care. I have referred all my loved ones here and I'll keep sending everyone I can help to the best tire place in and around central Ohio. Keep it up guys! Worst auto repair shop ever! I called to schedule brake service on my car and an employee named Aaron was obviously in a bad mood. He was short with me and wouldn't even give me a price for a simple brake job. I asked for new rotors and pads and he told me I had to bring it in for a price. I got them done at Don's in Whitehall after calling and getting a price and nice phone service. NTB you guys lost a loyal customer!! My family nor I will never go there again.

My front breaks and rotors were bought/replaced in November of 2024. Since then have had constant issues with the brakes and the sounds the are making as well as a shaking/ vibration in the steering wheel/pedals when braking at higher speed. I have returned MANY times and had the brake pads replaced many times as well. I had Craig look at it and drive it with me, I’ve had Dan look at it, everyone basically just says it’s normal for Kia’s to make a grinding/squealing sound when breaking at low speeds. No one ever really addresses the shaking/vibrating in the steering wheel/pedals. Before the year warranty was up I contacted the regional manager Bob and asked for a refund so we could take it elsewhere and he refused and said he wanted me to go out of my way and go to a different shop across town to have someone at another location look at it. Instead I ended up going to Ricart and rode with the lead mechanic there and while he was driving it he pointed out the shaking in the steering wheel and said that indicated the rotors were warped, so with that I went back to NTB and they replaced the pads AND rotors and it seemed like it worked for the most part, except that less than 3 months later it started squealing when coming to a slow stop, along with the shaking/vibrating feeling. I took it back again and first they said they couldn’t reproduce it, so I recorded videos and warmed the car up myself and brought it and this time they could reproduce the noise but said ultimately there was nothing mechanically wrong with the brakes. As they continue to squeal and shake and vibrate. All of this, mind you, AFTER they did something during an alignment 2 years ago that has the car permanently veering off to the right if you let go of the wheel, to which they also say there is nothing they can see or do about it. I’ve just had enough frustration and wasted time with this place. I came here ultimately for the more affordable pricing and left with a car that veers to the right and squeals/grinds/vibrates at lower braking speeds.
