Brian is a great guy with lots of knowledge around the Cars and Car industry. He is very meticulous and honest upfront with what the issue is with your Car. I certainly will highly recommend him to anyone with Car issues. Speciality would be the German makes, which is rare find, and all other cars as well.Together with Shawn who is also very experianced tech, they were able to locate and fix the rear dive shaft issue on my Mercedes S-Class. Definitely a to go person for car issues and fixes you will not be disappointed. I would go back to him .

Came here for an allignment awhile back. Average price about $150. 2 days later it was misaligned again. I asked to have it fixed and it was then skewed wrong the other direction. When I asked to have that fixed the mechanic then stated that I needed new parts and bolt was stuck and my tie rod boot needed replaced. My truck is new, he burnt the tie rod boot trying to unstick the bolt. I then took it to another shop that charged about 20% less and unstuck the bolt and got it dialed in perfect. The owner is great but the mechanic damaged the truck and did not fix the oiginal problem. I understand things being stuck as I wrench myself however I don't appreciate paying $150 to have my new things broken. Upon returning the 3rd time I also overheard the mechanic say "what does he want now." Before seeing me in there. Considering I also bought them cookies the 2nd time I don't appreciate the service, damaging of my vehicle, and acting like it's a lot of effort. The shop is great the owner is really nice and I expect they are inundated with other project but times are tough and I can't just be handing out money for having my things damaged and telling me it's broken. It wasnt broken the mechanic just couldn't do it then tried to cover it up by not owning the damage which I don't appreciate. Hopefully they can work on this. I would really like to see them succeed.

Found Don Hartman Auto Repair through recommendations on my local Facebook page for repairs on my 20-year-old Mercedes. I’m so glad I did. They did an incredibly thorough job, and I got the car back today running great. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Brian, the owner, is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was complicated, but they were upfront about the pricing from the start and honored the quote without any surprises. When I ended up with a nail in my 2021 Ford mustang GT performance pack I went to Don Hartman's shop and they were very welcoming and worked me into their schedule within about 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I had one of the best patches you could do on a mustang rear. The staff was very friendly kind and understanding. This is a third generation family small business. And it is the perfect example of why America runs on small businesses. I would highly recommend Don Hartman!!!!!!
