They all try so very hard to please and treat folks respectfully, however I would like to give a shout out to Mike in service Dept he found that rear dvd players were killing our battery. Second shout out Ms.Josephine Nicola advised us of battery tenders and truly is an excellent assett where ever she works. Thankyou Mike and Josephine for a 6 time visit you both hit it ONE SHOT ONE KILL. May not be political correct to say but it sure makes the point.

I had no idea MB of OC was there until my wife's car had a recall notice. Beautiful facility, very friendly professional people and the service was excellent! If you have an MB this is the place to have it serviced. Great place to buy a new MB as well.
