I was rear-ended early morning January 28; Joel showed up with a tow truck, told me his company would take care of all the insurance paperwork, and they had rental cars as well. So, rather than tow my car to my regular mechanic, I went with him... and it all went perfectly. I got a very reliable rental and made it to work before 11 AM. The paperwork was all submitted, and I didn't have to stress about any of it (except having to buy a new car). I needed to extend the rental and it was quick and easy. Very happy with Collision On the Go and BOTH of the Joels that I dealt with, very kind and friendly.

COLLISION ON THE GO STOLE MY TIRE AND RIM AND LEFT ME AND MY DAUGHTERS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!! I had the unfortunate experience of my tire popping off of my car while we were driving. My 19yr old daughter was driving, my 21yr old daughter was also in the car. The rolling tire hit a car in the other lane. It caused damage. That driver called C/GO. They arrived before my tow truck did. C/GO took my tire along with the car and debris. The next day I called them asking for my tire, they refused to give it back. This made a horrific experience so much worse! This company is cold blooded, they are thieves, they are despicable and they don't value lives. If they can can steal from innocent people in such an unfortunate predicament, can they be trusted??!!
