Rik and Margaret are the absolute best around! They are both friendly, warm, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! I currently have an older (2018) Q7, (2023) A6 that I lease, and now an (2023) S5. I have always been an Audi person and CIM is definitely my preferred mechanic. Rik and Margaret had my A6 all week while I was away and were able to have the shop they use for rims, repair my heavily dented rim. This saved me a lot of $ and my A6 looks great! Highly recommend CIM.

Amazing and trustworthy. I do not know where to start. I would be truly remised if I did not give them five stars and if I could give them more, we would. I never thought that we would be able to find an honest mechanic, and we truly have. They are a family owned business and they helped us every step of the way with our car. I am so thankful we have found them and I will never take my car anywhere else. My husband has always been a dealership only kind of guy, especially with our car now. They helped us and they were honest, and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage. This last time that we brought the car to them, they went above and beyond and out of their way for us and we are truly thankful. Do not take your car anywhere else and you can truly trust everything that they say. We are so thankful for you and your business. Thank you 1 million times over.

I can’t say enough great things about Rick and his wife at CIM Motorsports! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had an oil change, tire rotation, new tires, and front-end brakes done, and my car is driving better than ever. Rick’s expertise is top-notch, and his wife went above and beyond to make the entire process convenient, especially with arranging Enterprise Rent-A-Car to pick me up at the shop and drop me back off when my car was ready. The service was incredibly timely, and their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed every step of the way, which made me feel confident my car was in great hands. Just got my waterpump and an alignment done for my 2020 GTI. I had other issues with the car that Rick took the time to troubleshoot, where other shops bypassed or brushed off as nothing. Rick is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers.
