White Plains Honda Service Center

Normally the quality of service here is unpredictable, disappointing, you name it. Well, after my last experience working with Robert P. at the White Plains Honda Service, I made my appointment with him for my next service. His level of professionalism does not disappoint, in fact it seems unusual he’s SO great. He is polite, patient and thorough. As long as he is there, I will return. He sets the bar for great service.

Scheduled appointment a week in advance for an oil change. Requested ride home and pick up the car later or have car the delivered. Was assured by the booking associate that it wouldn't be necessary as oil changes are quick about 20 minutes. Showed up to appointment only to be lied to by the same associate who booked the appointment who said she never said 20 minutes. Car took over 2 hours to be done which is fine if that is the expectation up front. It was not. This isn't the first problem with this dealer. They took 4 months to get the registration because they screwed up the DMV filing. We were also lied to in person by one of the finance managers who promised to take off one of the warranties we decided we didn't need. I wouldnt get another vehicle from white plains honda if it was the last dealer in the state. I've worked at two separate BMW dealerships for the past 13 years and ive never heard of treating customers this way. Mike

I recently had one of many experiences with the service department at White Plains Honda that, overall, was not up to the standard I expected. However, I would like to take a moment to recognize one employee who truly stood out - Ana !! 10/10 stars for HER! She was professional, attentive, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, followed up when needed, and made sure my concerns were addressed in a way that felt thoughtful and thorough. Her level of care and commitment to customer service is exactly what you hope to receive when bringing your vehicle in for service. While the rest of my experience left much to be desired, her efforts did not go unnoticed. She demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that significantly improved my overall impression. Because of her, I would consider returning in the future. I sincerely hope management recognizes the value she brings to the team, as employees like her make a meaningful difference in customer retention and trust!!

Ana provided excellent customer service during my visit at Honda White Plains. She was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain the whole process for my oil change and tire rotation. I had my first service visit at White Plains Honda Service and it was a great experience. The service was quick and efficient my maintenance was completed in less than an hour. I had a concern about my coolant tank, and the service advisor Robert went above and beyond to check everything carefully and make sure there were no leaks.
