Unbelievable customer service. Joe went out of his way to help me today. Road Side service brought my car to his auto body shop. They are a body shop and it was a mechanical issue. Even though there was nothing they could do, Joe still called a rental for me, is storing the car overnight for no charge and helping me out getting it to another shop tomorrow. I rarely rave about customer service but these guys are top notch. I'm not getting work done there, but if their quality of work is even close to their customer service, then stop reading reviews and go see them. I'm incredibly impressed. Top notch.

I am very satisfied with A&C body. From the moment we called to report that my car had been in an accident, i was immediately taken care of. They asked us to bring the car in right away and even offered to pick it up if it wasn’t drivable. They quickly contacted the insurance company, processed the claim, and generated a quote without any hassle on our end. What truly impressed me was their online tracking system, which shows the entire repair process from start to finish, including near real-time updates and a detailed breakdown of parts and materials. If you’ve ever dealt with a mechanic, you know how rare this level of transparency is. On top of that, they personally called to make sure I was aware of updates especially helpful if aren't actively checking their online system. They handled all communication with the insurance company, including approvals and completion of the work. And the repair itself was impeccable. The car was thoroughly washed before pickup, and they even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me, making the entire experience incredibly convenient. I truly can’t stress enough how amazing this service was and my red rav 4 is looks great. Thank you, Joe, for your outstanding service I can’t recommend you and everyone at A&c body enough.

I have used A&C auto twice for repairs to my Accord. They did a great job working with my insurance so that I never had to deal with any paperwork or calls. Work has been perfect. Their management is so friendly and helpful, calling to give me updates without me even asking.
