Called Arrow for a price quote on my Toyota sienna windshield after a recommendation from a friend, and the lady who picked up Was very courteous and helpful , and quoted me and scheduled me for the following Wednesday. Tech showed up on time as promised, communicating well with me about timing, and changed glass within a couple hours. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend this business and if needed, hopefully not, will use them again in the future. Keep up the good work Arrow Auto Glass.

The installer (Tony) arrived on time per the appointment. Briefly described what he was going to do and the job was done quickly and efficiently! All accessories were put back on the windshield accordingly ( registration and inspection stickers, as well as a parking sticker. Also an ez-pass, and rearview mirror) Nice clean job !

Very disappointing experience with Arrow Glass through my State Farm referral. I contacted my insurance office regarding a rear window that shattered during cold weather. I was specifically informed that a repair company would handle the replacement without opening a formal claim or requiring me to pay a deductible. Based on that understanding, I proceeded with the repair. From the beginning, the process was disorganized. The technician first arrived with the wrong part, forcing me to empty my truck and remove covers for nothing. The repair had to be postponed because they ordered a manual window instead of the correct powered rear window. When I later brought the vehicle to the shop for the actual repair, I was instructed to wait inside the office while the technician worked outside on my truck. After the glass replacement was completed, I was suddenly informed that the motorized center rear window was “damaged” and that “broken glass may have fallen into the mechanism.” This explanation made no sense because the powered window was fully functional before the repair. The most concerning part is that a claim was then opened through insurance for damage that did not exist prior to the repair, and I was told I could now be responsible for a $1,000 deductible. The technician even stated he needed approval from insurance for this “new issue,” confirming it was discovered only after the repair work began. A second inspection later suggested the issue may actually involve wiring rather than a failed motor, which raises even more concerns about the quality of the repair work performed. Overall, this experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I trusted the process and instead ended up dealing with additional problems, confusion, and a claim dispute over damage that appeared only after the technician worked on my vehicle.
