Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great experience! Came on a Saturday morning, greeted with smiles by staff and told it would be a 5 to 10 min wait. No problem! David and Branden really took care in making sure all my service needs were met, including topping off A/C fluids, getting fresh oil into my car and showing me filters and explaining what each thing did. Manager Nicole was also only moments away keeping an eye on all things happening in and around my vehicle. All in all, great experience, price was right and I will definitely be back to use these folks again!

Went in this morning ..which is a Saturday morning at 8am. Had a 10 minute wait due to the bays being busy, but was assured right when I pulled up that it was only a 10-15 minute wait. Nicole and her team were very efficient. Everything was noted and no services were pushed. I only wanted an oil change. Pulled out after 10 minutes. 30 minutes total spent, on a Saturday none the less. Would recommend to anyone that can go to this location, very friendly, super efficient. A+++++++

Tom and Fabian were fantastic. I always go to Valvoline but this location specifically goes above and beyond. They’re honest and genuine. They work efficiently and diligently. I’d highly recommend coming here whenever you need services done to your vehicle.

Both Frankie and Nicole were courtesy and gave excellent customer service. They answered my questions and provided clear step by step instructions. They even provided guidance on how to best maintain my gas tank during the winter months.

From arrival to departure Nicole and Thomas communicated every aspect of my oil change. David was on the job too but he was bottom side so we didn’t see him. While my routine service did require additional services, I never felt like the team was pushing anything I didn’t need. The White Plains location has always been staffed with professional, hard working and educated employees. I highly recommend Valvoline of Whites Plains!
