RJT responded to my AAA call when my car stopped working during snowstorm. My initial plan was to have car towed to dealership, but they quoted me a several day wait to be seen. RJT was able to diagnose issue same day and fix the following day. Pricing was very reasonable, and the issues were well communicated. Thanks to John and team for helping out!

RJT staff is very friendly and was able to quickly repair my transmission and exhaust for a very reasonable price. The staff was also very courteous when I called with any questions. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My 80 year old Mom's car 2010 Corolla died in Hartsdale, NY on a Friday night. She called AAA and her car was towed to RJT. They had her car diagnosed (alternator) and repaired early the next day, Saturday. Nice to know that there are still honest, reputable businesses who care about their customers. We were told by this towing company that they accepted our AAA (triple) membership and that everything would be covered. They instructed us to call the next day when we were ready for the tow. We did exactly that and confirmed again in their office that this was correct. They said yes and connected us directly with the tow driver. Once connected, the driver immediately changed the story. He was rude, said “that’s not how it works,” and told us he would charge us out of pocket, even though we had already confirmed our AAA coverage multiple times. He insisted we make a claim through AAA. We made the AAA claim right away. AAA then dispatched the same driver. His location showed he was right next to us, yet he never showed up. For almost four hours, he kept telling us he was “two minutes away.” This went on the entire time. He clearly had no intention of coming. This felt intentional and extremely unprofessional. Between the misinformation, rude behavior, and being left stranded for hours, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this company

Look, no one likes having to use body repair services for an accident. When we were rear ended on Labor Day, we had the car towed to RJT. Despite no advanced notice or information, they accepted the car and the next morning we were able to start coordination with the insurance company and them. They handled all those aspects normal folks don't know - coordination with insurance inspections, estimates and supplementals etc. When I would call for status updates, John always knew off the top of his head the status, what parts were still waiting on delivery, what they were working on next. It made it feel professional, like your car mattered. Even when we were delayed due to a backordered part, they were clear and honest with their time estimates, explaining whether the part was on its way or not, and how long it would take once it arrived. And they were proactive about procuring the part -- I never felt like I needed to step in and call the manufacturer myself. Front of house was friendly, never got annoyed by me calling for updates or stopping by if I was in the area. Quality on receiving the car back was excellent, there were no ways to tell it was a rebuilt rear bumper area. I hope I never need to use you for body repair again, but if I do, I'll give you my business again.
