Platinum Buick GMC of White Plains Service

My wife and I came in just to browse while looking for a new car. The last time we visited it used to be Empire, the experience was not great, but we decided to give it another shot. We were greeted by Gabriel, who was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He showed us many cars and was extremely patient with us, especially since I can be very indecisive. Overall, we had a great experience at Platinum, and Robert was also very helpful.

I purchased my car from this dealership in 2022 and have continued using their service department ever since. Unfortunately, every single time I bring my car in for service, it somehow comes back with even more problems than it had before. What should be simple repairs turn into repeated visits, added issues, and more money out of my pocket. At this point, it honestly feels like they care more about squeezing customers for money than actually fixing vehicles properly. The cars themselves are really awesome. Let's talk about the service. As a female I walked in expecting to be over talked or fast talked. My salesman Tony jiles was patent and he made me feel comfortable with purchasing a car .I can't say enough good things about my experience

Platinum Buick in White Plains is the best. Lydia in customer service is wonderful she makes sure customers are taken care of like family. Lydia is the best and Buick should be very grateful to have her.

if I could give it lower than a one, I would. Told me a car was for sale by three sales advisors. I drove two hours to go to buy it then the manager says it’s not for sale just for him to list it for 10,000 more the next day.
