The service I received was excellent, even though tire assistance was not available on Sunday. Someone still came out to help me. He was extremely professional, very kind, and saved me from a difficult situation late Sunday evening after work. I was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, but he kept me calm and took care of everything. The service was impressively quick, and he was able to reach me within 20 minutes.

Not all heroes wear capes…some drive tow trucks! Long story short, a “shaft” broke as I was driving on the 287. I was able to get to a gas station in white plains and was able to see it dragging on the ground 😳. Insurance was useless. I was out there for about 2 hours only to find out no trucks were available. I called a few local places who also had nothing available. John told me to give him 30 minutes. He was there in 10-15 minutes. Got me all the way to Yonkers in no time on a Sunday night. He even diagnosed the vibration I was feeling for the past month. Thank you for rescuing me John!

11/17/2025 12:30am. Flat tire on highway... Google said it was the only one open 24 hours near my location. I dragged my car down there and nobody was there. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered.

I don’t think ive ever experienced better service from a towing company. Their driver arrived earlier than the time quoted and did not hesitate to anything he could to get my car out of the ditch that I was stuck in. I felt so bad because it was raining and the ground was filled with mud, but the operator never took a smile off of his face. 10/10 would recommend!!
