Mercedes-Benz of White Plains Service Department

I've been with Mercedes Benz on and off for over 25 years leasing my vehicles. I've always had a great experience. With the exception of my last purchase, which was because of the sales rep, Daniel, not Mercedes as a whole. Which BTW the GM resolved all issues beautifully. But, all my experiences with their service dept were always and currently exceptional. The Service Director, Henry and Service Mgr Jay are so kind, friendly, patient and professional. They are true caregivers and representatives of WP Mercedes Benz. Henry is always accessible and readily available for his clients when needed. He always provides resolution coupled with empathy and support. I highly, highly recommend this particular Mercedes Benz of White Plains NY for all your service needs.

The best service anyone can ask for! I had knee replacement surgery, they came to house and picked up my car and brought it back when it was done.

After owning over 5 different brands of vehicles and going to multiple different service centers throughout my life, I can say this is the worst service center I’ve ever been to.

Just want to thank Jay, Manager at Mercedes-Benz White Plains. I have visited a few of the Mercedes dealerships in my area and definitely want to commend the great service that I received from this dealership.Thanks again for all your assistance.
