I highly recommend this location. I think going to any auto shop is intimidating for women, but that was not the case at all! I had an amazing experience here. The staff is genuine and kind and took the time to explain to me potential concerns about my car. I was able to get right in the same day for an inspection.

Amazing service! Fair prices, fast, and friendly. I had a emergency brake fluid leakage and they were able to find and fix it in like an hour. Another time I brought my car in and they found my AC drain was clogged. Took 2 minutes to unclog it, free of charge. So nice!!

Kahn was amazing to coordinate my inspection with. When I called, I made an appointment for the next day. He was able to fit me immediately in, and it was all done promptly and easier within an hour. I highly recommend this auto shop. Honest, kind, professional, and so easy to work with. I decided to go there because of previous reviews, so I hope this can help others. Thank you, Kahn!

I was not at all surprised to see all the other reviewers agree with me in giving Lake Street Automotive 5 stars. I was taught to sleep with one eye open when it comes to mechanics but with these guys, I promise you can rest comfortably with both eyes closed, knowing they will not rob you, cheat you, pressure you into unnecessary repairs, and that they will do as good by you as a mechanic possibly can. Keep up the good work!
