Genesis of White Plains’ Service standard, premises and calibre of Service Staff 👍 match Rallye BMW’s! Their work areas are viewable and spacious🤩. Service staff are knowledgeable, proficient in the GV70’s features, courteous, helpful and client-oriented. The wind noise on my (driver’s) window is completely gone. Resolved!!! Mr. Nikko Miele is a pleasant and polite Service Advisor to work with👏. They also have valet service. Lincoln Hempstead’s and Genesis of the South Shore’s Service standard, staffs’ calibre and facilities are both beneath the overall quality of Rallye’s.
