Consumer Auto Body

I can't recommend this shop enough. After I unfortunately dealt with some extensive damage to my cars hood and light panel (due to some negligence on behalf of a tow company) I decided to bring it in to Consumer Auto Body to have it looked at to see how they can help fix the issues. I heard about this shop through a mutual friend but never did business with them, until now and I am glad that I made that decision. From the moment I brought my car in Mike was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me figure out next steps on the road to get my car fixed. Not to mention, the entire time it never felt like he forced me to choose Consumer Auto. After my first impression when I met him and how helpful he was, that was all I needed to see to make my decision. The extent of the damages were severe and my vehicle was with Consumer for 2 weeks, which was very inconvenient for both myself and the employees at Consumer Auto Body. But during that time they were very patient with myself and in dealing with the insurance company. They were also very transparent in communication with me and always had updates on the status of my car. I'll share a few pics of my car before & after Consumer Auto Body. They did a tremendous job and the car looks like it did prior to sustaining these damages. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone. Not only is their work incredible but dealing with the staff, including Mike was a breeze.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Mike and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They did a fantastic job on my car, and the quality of the work really shows. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others.

I agree with all the reviews here. I had significant damage from a collision on the left front of my car that required extensive work, including replacing sensors, a cracked headlight assembly, the lower bumper and more. They told me they would try to have it before Christmas break although it would be tight and they might not make it. But they made it. They also detailed the car and it looks like new. Mike, who does the intake at the desk is super knowledgeable and empathetic. I can't comment on the price because it was mostly covered by insurance and I don't know comparative prices. This shop takes enormous pride n its customer service and it shows. Highly recommend.

Thank you Mike and the rest of the team. After someone sideswiped me they left my baby like the first day I got her from the dealer. The only body shop I would ever trust with my car. I went to them once when I was 18 and still 15 years later the work they do is amazing. I got my car back in less than a week and they even buffed entire car, washed and cleaned the interior. Thank you guys!!!!!

I’m so happy I chose this shop for my bumper replacement. Mike was incredibly kind and took great care of my car throughout the process!
