Before coming here, I expected fixing the dents to be a very stressful experience - but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Joel was incredibly easy to work with: patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made scheduling quick and easy, and the results were honestly amazing. He fixed all the dents so well that it completely relieved my earlier worries. We drove all the way from Ithaca to Oneonta just to have Joel work on our car, because he’s the most communicative, honest, and skilled PDR professional we’ve found in the area. Highly recommend!

Joel exceeded my expectations for the hail dent repair that he did to my vehicle. The car looks like it did when I bought it, you would never know how much damage was caused by the hail. On top of the phenomenal work he did to get the 300 plus dents removed, he returned my car spotless inside and out. If you want high quality work done on your vehicle and someone who takes so much pride in providing great service then Joel and Dent Raptor is your guy.
