A&D Transport Services, Inc.

We used A&D Transport Services Inc. for transportation to an appointment in Syracuse, New York. Unfortunately, we were left stranded for several hours after the appointment. My son’s appointment ended at 4:30 PM, and I immediately called A&D Transport Services to request pickup. I was told the driver was only 15 minutes away. After 15 minutes passed with no arrival, I called again. Over the next hour, I made calls trying to get an update. Eventually, the doctor's office closed, and we were still waiting for transportation. It was not until 6:26 PM that someone finally arrived to pick us up. When the vehicle arrived, there was already a stranger sitting in the front seat, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and concerning. No one should be left waiting for hours without reliable service. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

The only good driver who i remember is Brandon! He has a clean van, drives like his grandma is in the backseat with a pan of hot gravy on her lap! He is on-time with pickups and even waited for me to be done. He's the only driver whose name i remember. Have been late for appointments and have had to reschedule. While most times dispatch is friendly, if you get Dennis, i have an issue with him from today. 10 am appointment in sherburne, got in the wrong van bc my neighbors also had a pickup. My actual driver showed up around 935am but had another pickup, by the time she got in the van, it was 955am, so I requested to go home bc I had to reschedule. Driver called Dennis and he put the blame ON ME FOR GETTING INTO THE WRONG VAN! Absolutely not! Other than traffic, issues with a previous pickup or dropoff, there's no reason why this guy was late.

I would never use this service. The drivers are clearly deranged and have anger management issues. On several occasions off duty drivers in company minivans have aggressively tailgated my vehicle. Most recently a driver rudely cut in front of me at a carwash then flipped me the finger and squirted water on my windshield, when I said something about it. Really?! This is how you act in public, representing your company/place of work? I tried to report to management but they don't seem to care. Completely unprofessional and outrageous behavior!

They were supposed to pick me up for my doctor's appointment this morning through MAS transport. They did not arrive and canceled. No one told me, sitting and waiting, was in ER and hospital for many days, needed to see my primary care physician. May I never ever have to use this taxi service ever again. I am sometimes a paying customer, and may I never have to use them again. MAS and A & D do not care about their clients.

I'm so sick and tired of it.What's the point of the time call when they're never there at that time, I waited an hour and a 1/2 tonight, I had to have my daughter-in-law Come and pick me up. I'm on The Verge of getting fired from being late to work. These people need to do better, get more drivers.It's not fair to customers
