This is the nicest place you could ever bring your vehicle. The professionalism and performance of the staff is AAA rated the best prices in the neighborhood. Don’t hesitate to stop by. You won’t regret it quality service. I was able to have my vehicle repaired with no hesitation and I look forward to to return services. This is the best place in the neighborhood once again. Always friendly and simply the best around. I’ve had a blower motor, brakes, differential, exhaust and probably some other work done by them so far. They work on all of my family’s cars now. Jobs are done quickly and effectively, never had to return for the same thing, never had any issues. They keep my two rust buckets on the road without recommending a whole new car or very expensive repairs. Advice given is extremely valuable, welding skills impeccable! All pricing is extremely fair, never once have I felt ripped off. It is incentivized to pay cash, stop by the bank before you head on down for your next repair. Definitely the best repair shop around!

I needed my AC looked at because it was malfunctioning. And after all the nice reviews online, I took it upon myself to trust the reviews and visit One Stop Auto Sales with trust. After arriving on location, I spent about 8-10minutes on location before requesting for the work to immediately be stopped; way before service began. I was immediately turned off by the attitude of the owner. Something about his attitude felt off. I was greeted with a smile and happy face. I felt welcomed! The owner from the finance office attempted to identify the issue and asked me a couple questions. The owner agreed to conduct a diagnostic (which was totally understandable - I wanted to pay. Nothing is free). Upon driving my vehicle into the shop, the owner walked away and had his workers begin diagnostic. I walked into the office to inquire about the cost of the diagnostic and was immediately presented with an attitude. "Diagnostic will be $90 per hour, not matter how long it takes them and the work could be anywhere between $300 and $400 + the cost of diagnostics" said the owner. Immediately, something felt off about this. I was hoping I wasn't being taken advantage of, and so I stood my grounds and asked for the work to stop. I immediately alerted the owner, "I want to compare quotes with other shops." But deep down in my gut, something didn't feel right. I work in broadcasting with NBCUniversal. And so I immediately called a producer (friend) who covers local markets including car dealerships for advice, and I was advised to leave immediately because something was not right. I trusted the second thought and left. I went to a competing local business down the street and the owner of that location advised me on the following, "No one should immediately rush to fix the AC inside your Honda pilot because Honda currently have an open recall for this very issue." I was advised to contact Honda to see if my vehicle qualifies. After contacting Honda, I'm now scheduled for service. The reason I opt'd to post my comment on my experience is because I really wanted to support this local business but it felt like I was slightly being taken on a journey trip if I had not asked questions. The business has been around for a long time and even worked on another vehicle in my household for another family member. Therefore, going into the location today, I trusted service would be genuine. As soon as the owner walked away and I inquired about the cost of diagnostic, I was met with a straight-forward attitude and the blurting out of random numbers. I'm conflicted. I'm not sure I want to return for future business. I'm an honest, hard-working, young adult, who works in broadcast media in need of help with my vehicle, and the treatment was slightly weird. But I always ask questions. I need to know what's going on with my vehicle because nothing is free. Money in one hand. Receipt in the other. I understand how easy it is for people to get get ripped off. But with all the high reviews, I never expected this business owner to try and rip another professional off. I was very comfortable with my decision to request for work to be stopped immediately. To all those out there, please be careful. Ask questions. And make sure you're receiving honest service. There are honest business owners out there that are highly capable of doing a trustworthy job. Please don't be afraid to ask questions. And if an owner is giving you an attitude because you're asking the right questions, that's an immediate red flag. I want small businesses to strive and I will gladly pay for a service and continue to support local businesses. But the moment an owner gives me the feeling of, "You're getting ripped off" and presenting an attitude because someone inquired on the cost of a service before it begins, that's an immediate red-flag. Thank you!
