He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the customer service truly stood out. Graham went above and beyond, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be returning if I ever need body work again.

I had such an amazing experience with All City! From start to finish John was very communicative & helpful. The part that I needed was on back order and he assisted me in locating the parts needed as well as notifying me when they were located. The drop off process was smooth and easy as well as the pick up process! I had the pleasure of meeting with Matt to pick my car up & he made the process just as smooth!
