I went to Presby’s to get my service light checked. Turns out I needed an oil change. I agreed to have them do the $69 oil change. After I paid and walked away, the lady called me back, and gave me the next service due sticker to put on my windshield. Didn’t bother to put the mileage on the sticker. When I got into my car there was a used glove on my driver seat. It left me wondering if they actual mechanical work was done in the same lazy/careless manner. I called them to tell them about it, the apology was not sincere. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Came here looking for a company not in existence anymore and was refered by auto Glass co to talk to Ameralli. So glad I did. I thought I had a simple radiator issue for my 2014 Ram 1500 . Refeek showed me and educated me on the extent of the issue. Yes it was bigger than I thought but his honesty and integrity assured me I was in good hands. Bidia (wife) was so pleasant, a real family business. As my truck ages I am sure to continue my relationship with Ameralli Auto care.
