Prices at the dealership can definitely be higher compared to independent mechanics, and weekends can get busy with longer wait times, but overall the quality of service and professionalism make it worth it. It’s a dependable place to bring your vehicle for maintenance and repairs.

This dealership is what you wish to walk into every time you are on the hunt for a new vehicle. They work collaboratively to give you the best offer. Arnwul, Anthony, and Blake were the dream team in my experience. I was in a very stressful situation with Audi. Although I’m still dealing with Audi they did do everything in their power to help me and I can definitely say my new lease is the best deal I have gotten in my years of leasing. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to see what they can help you with.

1st time owner of a Acura and 1st time coming to this service center. The service was great on the part of Courtney, she was pleasant and cheerful. She offered good advice and wonderful service, dropped my car off for oil change and to check on a brake issue. Instead of waiting I left taking an Uber home and using the one way courtesy ride for the pick up. Here is where I leave off the 1 star, my car was done according to the notification email around 1pm but no one called or texted it was ready. I had to reachout to see if my car was ready an hour later replied yes but no one to pick me up would have to wait. Not an issue it was a slow day for me, but I wanted to make sure someone is coming and before the shop closes since I would need my car for the next day. Eventually got picked up around 4:30pm and all was good Courtney again was amazing and delightful.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The office staff never seem to answer the phone. Calls either go unanswered, are disconnected, or you are left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. When I dropped off my car, the experience was just as frustrating. The employee assisting me was not welcoming at all. He was busy looking at his phone and scrolling through social media while completely ignoring me. When he finally acknowledged me, he immediately told me it would take a long time to have my car ready, without offering any explanation or showing any concern for the inconvenience. After this experience, I can understand why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Customer service and professionalism need significant improvement.

Let's start off with I came in for a recall for my front passenger seat of my Acura MDX 2020. When my truck was returned to me and I looked over the seat and found the plastic frame of the seat was severely scraped and scuffed up. As if they removed the seat and drag it through the service garage floor. I was promised it would be fixed and parts ordered. They only fixed the front part of the seat not the back. Mine you I'm only here for a Acura recall. Still waiting on those parts to be replace. This happen back in September of 2025. Next catastrophic situation. We purchased the Acura care insurance for our Acura MDX 2020. I had two damaged Control arms that need to be replaced. Which Acura care covers under warranty. It took almost two months for the work to be. When i received my vehicle back. My passenger side middle console had a cut on the Chrome trim and the plastic. Like it was cut with a box cutter or a flat head screwdriver. This happened in October 2025. I was promised this would be fixed. Due to their negligence. It is now January 2nd 2026. Never bring your car here. They will damage your vehicle and not take responsibility. Oh and Victoria is the worst rep and should not be in the customer service industry. Very nasty attitude. She is not professional nor is the Service manager. He has no control over his the service staff. Please do not come here if you want good service. No integrity. I wish I could give a negative 4 star for horrible service.
