Nicks service center

After more than 10 of great service it is unfortunate for Valley Stream that Nick's son had to retire. It was a 5 star place for all those years earning his reputation for honesty an quality. The new owner doesn't measure up. Failed inspection and was quoted $2400 for parts and service. Had another mechanic check and was told that everything is fine. I'm done with the new Nick's. I won't rate them with less than 3 stars for now because more than a decade of 5 star service has to be worth something. I hope the new owner turns things around for future customers because I'm done with this place. I've moved on.

Went for annual inspection. Staff was friendly and seemed honest - also gave excellent advice on purchasing new tires. They provided free home drop-off and pick-up while servicing my car. Overall, this was a good experience and I will definitely use them for future auto repairs.

Long overdue review. Great customer service. They were able to diagnose an issue that has been plaguing my car for months. I am really impressed considering the dealership's service center was unable to figure out the issue and Nick's service center managed to. They are always very accommodating and easy to deal with. A special shout out to Mike who is always so pleasant and helpful. You have a customer for life.

This shop is super honest. They will not charge you a penny over what they worked hard for. They’ll even charge you less than they quoted to keep to this value. Thank you for setting an example of how a mechanic shop should be!

Probably the best mechanic shop experience I have had! The staff is friendly and honest. They did an amazing job restoring my classic Jaguar. Highly recommended if you have a car you love and want to get it done right.
