I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Everything was handled efficiently, and I never felt pressured at any point. I would especially like to recognize the service advisor, Briyanna Jones, who did a great job communicating clearly, answering all my questions, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Their honesty and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring.

I don't know how to describe my words how greatly I am for the services I have been receiving from Honda service at Valley Stream. To Mr. Alex Marcel, big shoutout to you on your way of dealing with the situation like it wasn't hard work at all you always make it looks that simple for you and the costumer, i give you credit for your generosity, help and time consuming. Had a recall & oil change that I was as able to use coupon on website. Check in fast, my service advisor Mark Skawinski is outstanding! He goes over everything clearly and answers questions. He makes you feel like a valued customer. My car was ready very quickly.

Kevin is consistently courteous, respectful, and professional. I truly trust his judgment and honesty, which makes a big difference. After one of my services, I experienced an issue, and Kevin immediately reassured me that his team would take a closer look and make it right if needed.
