I was in an accident on 10/1. I brought the car in on 10/2 and it was already looked at by an insurance adjuster on 10/3. Everyone was very friendly and nice. My original completion date was 10/24. On 10/20 they called me and said they found additional damage to the wheelhouse and the repair needed longer - completely understandable. He said it would probably be done early next week. I also said since the car is staying longer, can they please do the inspection because it expires at the end of the month. Cesar told me no problem they can do that for me. The new estimated completion date from my insurance was 10/30. I called on 10/24 to try to find out an exact date, and they told me they would have it early the following week, around Tuesday (which would be 10/28). So I call on 10/28 and they tell me the car is being painted and will be ready “some time at the end of this week.” Then my fiancé calls that Thursday on 10/30 and they tell him “the car is being assembled and will be ready any day now.” At this point now the progressive app tells me the repair is completed. Then my fiancé calls back on 10/31 and they say “Monday or so.” So I called the same day demanding an exact date. They tell me Monday if nothing else is wrong with the vehicle. My fiancé did pick up the car on 11/3. NOW to when I got the car. My fiancé had to pick it up, so he didn’t know every nook and cranny like I do. When I sat in my car the first thing I told my fiancé was that something wasn’t right. I looked at the inspection and guess what wasn’t done? The inspection that is now expired because the car was picked up 11/3 and the inspection expired October. Next, I look in the middle console and there’s someone’s unused (I hope) napkins there. I have a small tissue box there and I NEVER in my life have kept napkins in my car AND tissues were pulled out of the box as well. I also found my lipgloss under those tissues. My lipgloss stays on the little tray in the console but was moved. Then I look in my trunk. Pretty much ransacked but understandable given that the work was done on the back of the car and had to get into the wheelhouse. What’s NOT okay is that the trunk organizer I have back there was rummaged through, all the microfiber towels were unfolded. As I continued to look through the organizer, I found the trash of the accord label covered very nicely by a folded cardigan I keep in my trunk (I didn’t have it folded in the organizer, I keep that to the right of the organizer) so they put the trash label in the organizer and then covered it with my cardigan. I also found my rim lock pouch under the unfolded towels toward the bottom of the organizer, which I never would have even known was there because I don’t keep it there. I called on 11/4 to tell them all the above and they said because they took the quarter panel off my car would fail inspection unless I drove for 50-60 miles and then they can do the inspection for me. But why is nothing communicated? Why do I have to continuously call to ask questions and find answers, and why am I not told anything? Everything else about the garbage was just met with an “okay?” Like why am I telling them about this. There’s also some type of discoloration on my rear view mirror. I tried to clean it off but it’s like it’s behind the mirror. Don’t understand how that happened. And I couldn’t get a picture because the camera doesn’t capture it and there’s a glare. There’s also now a scratch on the back upper part of my steering wheel, like a tool was pulled across it or something. I’m sure not deliberate and accidental, but as I said I know every nook and cranny in this car and I know where any previous scratches or damages were. Overall, I am highly disappointed by the customer service and treatment of my car and belongings. The work is done well, but I will never go back here due to the communication alone. Everyone really beats around the bush and cannot give a straight answer. To me, communication and transparency are just as important as the work being properly done, if not more important.
View on GoogleThis was my second time using Finish line Collision, and once again, they absolutely delivered! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. At one point, i was having trouble getting a call back from the manager to go over some details about my car so i decided to come in person and was easily able to get some answers once the other customers were taken care of. They are pretty busy! My car looks and drives like new — they really went above and beyond with the repairs. What really stood out (aside from the quality work) was the level of service. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They also made the rental car process super easy, thanks to their great relationship with the rental company — a huge plus that saved me time and hassle. Highly recommend Finish Line if you're looking for top-notch work and a team that truly cares. I won’t hesitate to come back if I ever need them again!
View on GoogleCould not be more happy with the service and work from this company. My car needed significant body repair and they did a beautiful job; handled all the issues with insurance . AND detailed the car upon return. Gorgeous! Highly recommend.
View on GoogleDemetrio was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. After a minor fender bender, he took the time to explain the estimate in detail and helped communicate with the other party. When the claim ultimately went through insurance, he assisted me with filing the claim, arranging a rental, and getting the car repaired quickly and smoothly. The car came back looking brand new, and he even made sure it was warmed up before handing it over — a small but very thoughtful touch. After the car had already left the shop, I reached out with a concern, and Cesar, the owner, personally called me back and immediately took care of it without hesitation. That level of follow-through and customer care really stood out. I truly appreciate the professionalism from start to finish and would highly recommend this shop.
