Cross Fire Auto Service

This company came came through for us so quickly. They were easy to communicate with and were super kind and helpful. I was shocked at how quickly they showed up to assist my drivers with a tow! I will DEFENITLY be using them again.

My car needed a tow. My insurance contacted Cross Fire. Roger with 1A tow truck showed up. He said it is the same company. Roger was very professional and courteous. He got my car on to the truck and we were on our way to my designated mechanic in about 10 minutes. And his truck was clean and neat. That’s a big plus since I need to ride with him.

so far so good! thry fsamily owned business were very good to us and calmed us down. Ill updfate this after the claim is completed but IM comfortabe having the car there

I had my car impounded and this is the company the PD uses.(i know right... I'm a POS and my opinion is negated cause I got impounded and deserve to have my shit stolen) anyway when I payed and got my car back my snap-on neck flashlights and car phone charger were missing. When I mentioned it the (I assume) manager said the driver had no reason to take it. Doubt that... its an auto shop and these guys tow at night so only makes sense to have 2 flashlights conveniently on your neck. Not saying it isn't possible but doubt the PD took it.
