I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would like to request a full refund. The experience did not meet reasonable expectations, and I feel that I was charged unfairly for the service provided. Please review my case and process my refund as soon as possible.

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Place! I came here for a simple inspection and left with more problems than I walked in with. The moment the tech plugged in the machine, warning lights came on that weren’t there before—including a “Front Camera Sensor System Malfunction” that magically appeared. They then told me they can’t fix it and refused to complete the inspection. I rely on my car and I’m on disability—I can’t afford to deal with unnecessary issues caused by someone else's mistake. Now I have to figure out how to get it repaired just to pass inspection. Absolutely unacceptable. Be warned: this shop will create more problems than they solve.

Horrible service. I want my money back. I was charged unfairly for a service that did not meet expectations. This needs to be resolved immediately.

Went there for a "free diagnostic" on my vehicle. Mind you o have had my car looked about a couple weeks prior. Mechanics made up a list of errors on my car that did not exist and would not even show me the list unless i decided to work woth them. Also, they tried to upsell me on replacing my battery for $250! Not honest work do not reccomend business with this shop.

They charge me $40 for inspection. Should be $37. I guess they included the tip
